OK so I'm new to this forum so please forgive my ignorance.

With that said, I downloaded the upgrade that came over the air to my Tour and now the browser halfass works. Sometimes I have to zoom in twice before I can "click" on a link, othertimes it won't work at all. Went to Sprint and was told to basically deal with it...BS. I assume that I am on the latest OS...threaded SMS. Is there anything aI can do about this.

This is my first BB (first smartphone for that matter) and may be my last if I can't get this thing working how it was at first. Keep in mind that I am new to all this so please show a lil love.

What OS are you on? On the main screen press alt+right caps key+h and look for "app version", and post that.

We can then suggest a good OS for you to try. You don't have to use your carrier's official OS if you don't want to, often there are better ones out for other carriers...
