    Once you register the device on your company you should get the service books sent to the phone which has that included

    yea i got a data plan the thing is i lost my previous blackberry 8900 and i just put the sim card in my new tour

    you have to register that phone with your bis acct and make sure the new pin is in it so the service books get sent to your phone.
