Quick question that is probably simple. My 9630 does not save my incoming email messages for more than a day or so. What am I missing.

All my sent items show up in the mailbox but nothing from previous days for incoming.

Is this a setting I am missing? I noticed a "on conflict mailbox wins" should this be changed to handheld wins?

    Thanks all!

In Messages Options / General Options, what do you have selected for the "Keep Messages" value?

Your "on conflict mailbox wins" setting means that if you delete the message on your PC, it will be deleted on your BlackBerry. Is that what you intended?

Interesting, I move all messages to subfolders, so this is probably my problem.

I don't know if it's possible to sync subfolders or not. Once I move an item to a folder on my PC, I delete it from my BlackBerry. In my BES implementation, only the inbox is synched. Your set-up may be different.

Well I seem to be my own enemy, I will mess around with settings and see what I can accomplish.
