This is not my 8330, it's my daughter's 9630 that has this problem..
This is an intermittent problem since 4.7. Now running .732. She'll be texting someone and will not receive their reply or others she has been talking to. If you call the voicemail then hang up, the texts come flowing right into the In Box. To get the SMS messages throughout the day she has to keep calling her voicemail and then hanging up. Any ideas??
47 views and no one had any ideas?? Well, Verizon did not know either after 30 minutes on the phone with their Tech Support. Receiving a Bold replacement. Hopefully that solves the problem.
Not sure what could be happening with your Tour. Once in a while my services will turn off on their own, and when you go to make a phone call it will kick-start the services again. But, as I recall, it doesn't do that automatically and you have to answer yes to a dialog box. Hopefully your Bold replaces your Tour with no problems.
