    I got my Blackberry yesterday.

    But I still can't get to the browser even though RIM's problems are over with.

    Have you performed a battery pull (or 2)? Have you registered your device in HRT? (Options->Adv. Options->HRT->BB Button->Register.

    If that doesn't work, repost.

    I am having the same problem. Had my phone since Sunday....not off to a good start.

    I click on browser and it either takes over 5 minutes to load, or times out.

    I have done a battery pull, (it is supposed to take several minutes to come back on?

    Have done the re-register thing.

    Any other ideas out there.

    Not real happy I got a BB right now.

    Same boat here. Had my Tour since it came out but haven't been able to use the browser since they said the outage was over. I've reregistered. resent service books. No dice, just times out every time I try to get on.

    if you did all that, do the battery pull which resets the phone, then if it still doesnt work, call your carrier to see what they have to say, but i'm sure the battery reset will fix it
