When it startup ,What it says is this...."Contracting the network"...."The network is configuring your device"...then it says "Your device could not be registered with the wireless network. contact your wireless service provider"

It's Sprint 9630

But I'm in China now;

Then I use GSM network of China Mobile and No BlackBerry Data Plan,only Gprs

but i can call and receive sms!

My friend use same phone,he did not have this problem

This problem has troubled me for a long time;


Any suggestions?

Call Sprint, its probably because they figured out you have no data plan.
