Alright here is the deal I've wiped my device i currently had the .230 hybrid. I loaded 4.7.1.57 (official release). Now every time i load the Blackberry Browser it just crashes the whole phone and reboots. I don't know how i can fix this issue because ive already wiped the whole phone i don't know what more i can do. Maybe the hybrid has something to do with this i have no idea.
I have done this. Every time i load the backup it starts to crash it works fine without me loading the backup I guess there is something corrupt inside there?
I'd just bypass the backup and start fresh. It sucks you'll have to re-load all your info and data from scratch manually but at least your Berry will work again.

Try restoring only select databases in your backup file using Desktop Manager. Choose only your most critical info (contacts, messages, etc.). If one loads ok, then you could possibly keep trying to load each individual database in the backup file until you find the culprit that is crashing the phone.
