Come on. I just need help. I cannot even reupdate the blackberry. Currently it is a paper weight. It freezes at the loadup screen (with the sprint logo behind it) and shows the application permissions. When I try to reload the O.S it gives me a clear white screen and just sits there.

    Wtf.

If you can't get past the permissions screan, after trying all the last ditch attempts like a batt pull, etc...you'll need to reload the OS by using the steps in the link above. Its really not that hard-if you can install an OS, you'll be able to follow the steps above. Might be alittle tricky to get it to work, but it will eventually...trust me-just follow the steps. Good luck-let us know what happens

at least 30 seconds. I leave mine out for 60 because that's what a rim tech support guy had me do once, but I've been told by others that 30 will suffice.

Even longer on a first boot. 15-20 wouldn't be unusual.
