I messed with my sound profiles but now I wanna go back to the default factor settings. I tried to 'clear' "Profiles Options" in the BDM in the advanced option but it didnt change the vibrations, holster, sound settings back to default.. any help?? thanks!

Don't restore them from a backup.

Yester answered you. Back up your device. Security wipe it. Do a selective restore and do not restore sound profiles (assuming desktop manager allows not restoring sound profiles). Probably have to tinker to get it right.
