I'm on my second Tour but heading for #3 (the 1st and 2nd suffer from defective headphone connection parts). My problem occurs when I plug in my headphones while connecting to the Pandora application (authorized by Sprint). I am not sure what the problem is other than having poor equipment used to connect the earpiece to the phone. However, that does not explain why the headphone's worked while I was listening to Sprint TV. The phone works with Sprint TV.

This is the best phone I have had. For me, all it needs is threaded texts messages to organize the SMS application process better (like how the Treo works).
*EDIT* My wife also has the Tour but her phone works fine. So, one out of three are my odds thus far.Last edited by NYC-212; 07-26-09 at 01:49 PM.
