How long does it take to rebook your Tour? I just got my Tour 2 weeks ago and I don't know what "normal" is but mine takes about 5 mins to get back to the main screen.

Ive seen people post from 2 mins to 15 mins reboot times. Mine is about 3 1/2 mins on average which is for me acceptable. OS upgrade is also supposed to minimize reboot times. You can also search the forum as there is a thread about this already and see what everyone's boot times are.

it all depends how much you have on your Tour... I've seen post where it takes longer then 10 minutes to start up if you have a lot on the phone.

On 4.7.1.40 my reboot time was 4-5 minutes. On 4.7.1.53 it's about 3 minutes flat. a definite improvement.

5 min sounds about normal especially if you're using the stock OS (many have reported faster boot times running one of the leaked or hybrid OS's that are floating around). For further reading on the subject, check out these reboot threads that have already discussed this subject at length:

It depends for me. If I've uninstalled things then it takes a lot longer to reboot then if I just do a battery pull. No longer than 7 minutes...

im running 5.0.0.230, boot time is roughly 4.5 min with 70+ apps installed..

When QP worked for me I had it scheduled for every morning...never had an issue..
