I'm trying to get into a chat so I can try and pre-order a Tour, or be put on a list to have it ordered, whatever. I can't call because I am at work and need to be answering the phone.
Don't bother. I tried and they told me the Tour was not available. You get to chat after you choose UPGRADE PHONE and start looking at the phones. After a few minutes or screen changes at the top of the left column will be a Live Chat button. Like I said I tried and the rep told me that the Tour was not available.
