I had an iPhone before, and iTunes saved all my contacts to Windows Contacts.
How do I put all these contacts on my Tour?

Have you tried the Desktop Manager? It may or may not work with Windows Contacts. Also, you can use Google Sync.

I don't think desktop manager can sync with Windows Contacts. I'm not very
sure on that. Do you happen to have Outlook on your PC?

Or, if you have a Yahoo or Google account it might be possible to export all
your contacts from Windows Contacts to either of those services, and then
sync from either Yahoo or Google to your phone.
