    Arrgghhh! That was my question too. I've use A and Q for my sons for speed dial for YEARS. Those are the only two the BB has apparently locked for "lock" and "quiet".

    Bummer. I've been trying how to figure out how to change these as well. I am shocked that we are not given the option.
