I cannot put in an email address because it keeps asking me for Enterprise activation.
How can I remove this Enterprise function please.
BIS: BlackBerry Internet Service (what a consumer uses for BB Services on a BBOS7 or older device)
BES: BlackBerry Enterprise Server (How businesses activate their BBOS7 and older devices)
You need to call your carrier and add BIS to your account if they still offer it. Usually a small fee is associated with this service as it is maintained on a specific server.
Otherwise try using WiFi to see if that bypasses the need for BES

My usual one does not work on that. So I take it that it is specific for Blackberry
Is there any way to get the phone back to normal without the BES please
I have an active SIM card, I can use phone and SMS with no problems.
WIFI is switched on. What Aps do I use for email client then please.

if not using an Ap how do I set up email.
At the moment trying to use SET UP for email. I keep getting the Enterprise Activation page
