my problem is with blackberry ture 9630 from sprint

i have " activation required " on the top of my screen
i can't get my network logo

i think that i need to enter the sprint MSI code

can you go to sprint.com? You can activate the phone using the echat also.. so try that...

I can get your MSL if you need it. The phone is OMA so it actually activates itself OTA, but probably not in your current location. Anyway if you want the MSL just reply with your ESN. If your needing Data services active where your at then you may need to contact International Roaming for assistance that number is 817.698.4199 if your already outside of the US that department is 24/7/365 so give them a ring and they can help. If your using a SIM from a carrier over there though you might hit a road block and not get any assistance. If your using the Sprint SIM it should be as simple as adding the Worldwide Data Plan if you don't already have it.
