I have a status indicator on the Home Page of my Tour, but do not know what it is.

It looks like a phone with a yellow/orange button on the left of the icon.

Any help?

It could either be a carrier related symbol or an alert from a third-party app. Try searching through all your apps. If you have no luck with that check your blackberry messenger groups, as they have odd symbols.

Alternatively, if you could flash your OS to get rid of it.

Not exactly sure, thinking it might be missed voice mail calls but that is usually yellow telephone (handset) icon with a number to the left indicating how many missed calls.

Do you have any visual voicemail apps installed? Check all your apps you have installed and go from there.

I have YouMail Visual Voicemail Plus, but do not have any new messages.

I think it is the "Push To Talk" (PTT) icon. Yet, I don't know why the icon is always visable.
