I wanted to see if we could have multiple rows of icons on the home screen ?
I know if we press the BB Menu button from home screen we see icon grid.
Can this be made my default home screen ?

No, you'll have to wait until new themes come out for the Tour. It's really annoying that after about 30 seconds on the full icon screen, it automatically goes back to the bottom row home screen.
