Dunno if this was already addressed in the past, but I am having trouble upgrading my 9630 OS to 5.0.0.975

After reading so many negative posts about .983, I downloaded, installed and rebooted my system for .975.
Problem is, I'm getting this error message:

THERE WAS AN ERROR UPDATING YOUR SOFTWARE.
One or more modules cannot be resolved.

nvm got it. used AppLoader directly

It sounds like some 983 file may not have been deleted. Recommend you use BBSAK to wipe your device first, then run the loader.exe found in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader. Good luck!
