Hey All,

So, last night I noticed my Tour's reception changed to "Off". There are zero bars, 1XEV disappeared and I'm not getting service at all.

Has this happened to anyone? Anyone know how to fix this issue? I thought there was a glitch somewhere within Verizon last night, but it's still like this right now (I thought it may have been a 5.0 OS update).

What happens when you turn your connection back on?

Maybe your battery level got low and your wireless radio turned off.
Otherwise call customer service and let them troubleshoot.

what the others said, if your battery drops to low the phone will turn its radio off, just go to Manage Connections and under Mobile Network make sure the box is checked. If it isnt checked thats your problem, if it is, well, I dont know about that one...
