and I have to reboot, 6 times tonight already. It happens whenever I try to update an application, or remove one. even when using desktop Manager, I select to remove a few things and it freezes.... I dont know what to do
Are you sure you are giving it enough time? Installing and removing apps via Desktop Manager can take several minutes. If you are rebooting before the process is complete you are risking bricking your phone.
My old Tour froze a lot when I was just sitting around doing not much of anything.
Installing/removing apps is sort of what I'd call a special case, in that it can take quite a bit longer than you would expect at times. I'd do one at a time, and perhaps even restart after each, just to make sure. Bricking the device, while not usually terminal for the device is sure a pita...
