Have loaded the OS update and all, but my Tour seems to want to freeze multiple times throughout the day...like it is thinking or something. I can't do anything with it for 30 sec to a minute...very frustrating. I have certainly done resets, battery pulls, etc and have really not added any new software...so any steps that I can take to get it to stop that? Thanks
