on my tour i cant open the telus website that is pre book marked its says
http error 403: forbidden
you are not authorized to view this page. please try loading a different page

so then i clik on details and its loads a page saying
you do not have permission to access m.telusmobility.com on this server
apache server at m.telusmobility.com port 80

Is this the only bookmark you are having issues with?

Try clearing your browser cache Open Browser>BB Key>Options>Cache Operations>and clear everything

While in the options, go into General Options, and make sure your browser identification is set to "Blackberry".

have you tried manually typing in the address to see if the issue is with the bookmark?

That's at the top of the page. The next item with a drop down menu should say "Browser Identification". Make sure that is set to "Blackberry"

Just on a lark, try changing the identification to Internet Explorer, and see if you are able to access the page.
