Hi I got a white error screen the other day and it happened once a long time ago and it says it's an App Error. I reset the phone and it restarted but I'd like to go back to original factory settings with only my contact information getting reinstalled. Outside of phone numbers/emails contact information everything else on the phone can be wiped out, it's not a big deal to me. I have made sure to backup everything as well.
Some help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
Connect to Desktop Manager, do a back up
goto Options on the phone
then security- then select security wipe.
reload your ipd backup from desktop manager
Do a full Backup with BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
Do a Security Wipe or wipe with BBSAK.
Then use the Advanced function of Backup/Restore to only restore the data you want.
