So I have a blackberry tour and I need help big time with this on going problem! My phone works great and I love it, occationally all my ringtones and alerts stop working.. And it makes this awkward "dinging" 3 low pitch times. And the only way to fix it is if I take the battery out. I thought at first I messed up the setting so I brought it to a local verizon store to fix and they said its the phone and gave me a bran new one. But this one does it as well, and so does my fiances who also has a tour. Can anybody help me!!!

might be a dumb question but have you tried changing your profiles options?
Yes I have tried doing everything, ven the guy at the phone store tried changing them. Do u think it could have something to do with my alarm settings? Cause I feel like it happens mostly on the weekends and I have no alarm settings for the weekends, But I have a daily alarm for during the week...any thoughts?
