So I've always been able to get it to work with my headphones (the one with the BB did not work) but not I can't seem to get the jack to plugin for audio at all.
Has anybody heard anything from RIM on this? Are they working at fixing the issue for the phones being produced now?
At this point I'm not even sure if I should take the phone back to be replaced as I've seen no information really about what RIM is doing to rectify the issue.
I had problems with this as well. I plugged headset in and when I pulled it out it thought the headset was still in. Then when I plugged the headset in it thought it was out (like backwards). i had to plug / unplug the thing 10 times and then finally it reset.
