Hi everyone, prob a dumb question, i searched it in the forums, but came up with threads that had about 1400 replies, and i didnt have the time to go through all 1400 responses.
I updated my phone last night to the new verizon software .148, and after the update any time i make a call or recieve on, the phone defaults to a headset, so i can hear anything through the earpiece, nor can i talk into the mic. It happens whether or not i have a set of earphones hooked into it. I have tried to figure out how to change this and i can not. The only thing i can do is hit the bb button while i am making the call and select activate handset. I do not have a headset, so this is quite diffiuclt. Blue tooth is not enabled either. Thanks for your help.
im not sure of whats wrong with your phone, but I do know that your in the wrong fourm on here, this is for the BB Tour. You gotta go over to the BB 9530 storm threads and post it over there for more help
