lol i got one too! i just need to snap pics of it. I got the whole phone covered in gold including the middle piece. This does catch ALOT of attention. i call it the GOLDBERRY!! i will post pics soon once i get my hands on a camera lol

That's the look I want for my Tour! How is the fit/finish compared to OEM housing? Also, how is the gold finish holding up? Chipping/flaking gold would totally kill the look.

Bling Bling... The gold is flashy, but check out the blue...

I jumped the gun when I saw the first combo Blue bezel, mid-plate and english keyboard showed up on Truesupplier... I ordered the "Blackberry Tour 9630 Chrome Electroplate housing faceplate cover (Blue color)". This is way too much bling for my taste...

It was never installed. the packaging was just opened. The quality is good, but not OEM...

Changing the Bezel, top and bottom covers and battery cover aren't too difficult. Only thing is that you will need to move the lock and standby buttons to the new bezel. Not sure about the flash, it might need to be moved too...

There is an entire thread on how to take it apart.

random-- what kind of earphones are you using with that white cord?

I was very disappointed when I realized the Tour didn't use regular earphones the 8330 does! That's the only thing that I don't like about the tour and the only thing I liked about the 8330

I'm thinking of installing one of these custom housings soon. I was wondering if any of you with the chrome housings and battery doors noticed a drop in signal? Are there any OEM versions of these? Anything American preferably instead of getting it from HK...lol?
