    I'm using a verizon tour on AT&T. My browser was working fine and after I downloaded the gmail plug-in, my browser disappeared and I couldn't find the gmail plug-in icon. I checked under downloads and it's not there. I reinstalled the browser but I can't find the gmail plugin. I tried downloading it again but it says the app already exists on my phone.

    Anyone know whats up with that?

    click on your gmail folder and then go into your app switcher (press and hold menu) it will be there.

    I did that and pressed on the gmail plugin icon but nothing happened. What is it anyways? Why doesn't it show in my main menu?

    thats a good question.. i didnt even download it and it is showing up on my phone.. i just chalked it up to the OS im running (5.0.0.230)

    weird, I never had such a complicated phone. I just downloaded the gmail app, still don't know what that gmail plugin was for.
