I just figured it out ...... You can't hold the phone in your hand. When I pick my tour up I lose all bars down to1x but when I have it on my bed or just sitting down somewhere I have great reception......lmao......WTF.

WTF is right.

That is crazy. I can completely cover my phone up with BOTH hands and still have 5 full bars. I have no clue what your problem is...or is not....I've never heard of that before. If that's happening every time in every location you have a bad phone.

Mine jumps from 5 bars to no bars when i start the browser. Not all the time but MOST of the time.
Still works fine though.
