I've been on the phone with BB Tech and Airave tech all day.

Apparently there is a potential issue with the new TOUR and Sprint's Airave. ETA is 36 hours according to the rep i just hung up with, before the engineers expect to have a fix. I dont know if its an issue for every curve and every airave of just some of us. It sounded like calls had been coming in about this issue quite a bit the last few days.

Symptoms include: All inbound calls go straight to voice mail. Outbound calls result in an automated response that the call could not be completed as dialed or that the long distance code is invalid.

EDIT: I'm a goon. Should say TOUR.... not enough coffee yesterday

It's probably regarding 9630 but had the curve so long and just said curve maybe.. I wouldn't be suprised if the tour doesn't work seems nobody was ready for this phone software wise

Yeah, sorry yesterday was a whole lot of chaos.

The thread should be TOUR on Airave = No Calls

my bad... i keep wanting to call the damn TOUR a curve. Don't ask me why Wont let me edit the thread title either. *sigh*
