FYI,

If you want to schedule an fakecall say 12:55pm so that you can get our of the meeting for lunch then

1 run the Calendar app
2 create a new appt
3 enter [fakecall] in the Subject. including []
4 set the start time of the appt eg: 12:55pm
5 save the appt and wait for the fakecall

You might need to set the permissions in the Options to all ALLOW for FakeCall.
