This is my third one, and after all the hassle it's great to have a working Tour. First one had a software issue, second one a button on the keyboard was busted, and finally this one is perfect. I have to say, it's a pretty amazing phone when everything works properly. Goodluck to everyone with Tour problems. I promise if you just wait it out and be patient, it will all be worth it in the end!
