I love it. It is much better than the pearl but...

I do not seem to be able to set it to mass storage mode like the pearl where it acts like a memory stick. Do i have to use the media manager?

My cd that came with the phone is messes up. If I let it autorun then it hangs. I had to search the CD for the setup files. A buddy has the same issue.

A side note: apparently, you have to enable mass storage before desktop manager will let you back up your Tour.

Anything I should know about having it enabled?
