I'm getting this message while trying to play youtube videos. All other media works fine. Any ideas? Running 5.0.0.230. Tried m.youtube.com as well. Also tried the standard fix, battery pull.

media player has a bug problem with os .230 and the GPS those are the 2 common bugs in that os

It only needs one file to replace.
you can simply find net_rim_bb_medialoader_9630.cod in .273 java folder.
Then copy it to 230 java folder.
Now my media player works flawlessly.
dont have mute bug any more.

The link is dead. Any other ideas? How am I supposed to do what you're saying? Download it and copy it to what?
I downgraded to 4.7 just to play around with a few things including this issue and youtube still won't play. Anyone else have any other suggestions?

Having the same problem. I actually started a thread about this and then I found this and another one also. Figures, the one time I don't search this happens.
And I wish someone would have a way of fixing this. Its driving me nuts without youtube videos.

Ok I fixed it....sort of. Go to appworld and download shenozu (spelling) its a youtube player and it works GREAT. Its fast and it is a better quality. All the reviews say negative things about it but it works awesome. From now on this it what I will be using for youtube.

+1 on the complaint. This really is annoying and I hope somebody can provide a permanent solution. On the other hand maybe I can get a new tour out of this lol..
