    Ok I went through other threads and couldn't find a solution.. I bought a Tour from my cousin.. We did a security wipe and did everything in our knowledge to try and erase the email of this phone. It's my aunts email and she gets bunch or spam so it really aggravates me.. I went to email settings and it asks for a username but I can't seem to figure it out.. Went to https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=sprint and the phone already registered so that didn't work because no one knows the username. Is there any way possible I can reset this phone or a way around this so I can get her email off this phone? -ben.

    Your aunt needs to call her carrier and release the PIN from her BIS account.

    If she doesn't know the log in user name and password, SHE can call the carrier Customer Service and have them reset. You and your cousin cannot do it unless you are an authorized user on the account.
