    After the BIS outage yesterday for Sprint, my phone is not getting emails. I have logged into my BIS account from my computer and all of the settings are correct. Is there something else I could try? I have done several battery pulls, but still nothing. Should I delete the email account and try again?

    Go to BIS and resend service books. Other than that just wait. The problem isn't on your end.

    This thread reminds me of a question I have--

    When you go in the menu and click "Reconcile now," what is this supposed to actually do? For me it never seems to do anything.
