    When I try to add an email address to a current contact in my Tour and then try to save it, a message pops up saying: �contact updated externally. Changes will be lost and the viewer closed.�

    For some reason it just will not save the additional email address. Pretty annoying, any help is appreciated, thanks!

    That's a sign your contacts database is corrupted. If you have a backup, use the advanced restore option in DM to restore just your contacts.
