I just got my Blackberry Tour and notice on this model Verizon has preset the W key as the speed dial for voice-mail. How does one edit this key to add a "wait" and then a password?

I believe that like other BB's, you can actually add the password from the Phone application. The only problem is that it is in clear text so if you lose the phone (and don't have the phone protected), someone could access your voice mail.

Call (green button) > BB button > Options > Voicemail

Call (green button) > BB button > Options > Voicemail
That did it. I do have it locked when not in use. Thanks for the tip.

    -Hit green button
    -Hit menu button
    -Click "View Speed Dial List"
    -Go to the "W" letter
-Hit the "return carriage" (Enter key)

You can now pick a new contact for that speed dial

Is there anyway to change the verizon pre-set to a different key? I always have my husband on the #1 key and usually change VM to #3. I've had it like that on every phone I've ever had so I'm hoping I can change it. Thanks.

This method worked fine for me on a VZW Tour. I would NOT like the pre-programmed options. I'd definately go to a hybrid or hacked OS had this not worked.
