So when I put my phone to my hear I sometimes hear popping. I have figured out when I push down in the area around the ear hole I can hear the popping as well, so when I put the phone to my ear it's being pushed as well. It seems like the silver grill is shaking/moving/lose or something. Anyone experience this? Any idea on fixes?

my phone does that as well, except its the movement of the plastic that are the mute and lock buttons. dont push so hard and/or dont sweat it.

hmm. I guess with mine it could be the movement of the plastic, I just thought it was the grill. Yeah, it's not a big deal, just annoying when I put the phone to my ear and hear it. you know, you pay up for a new phone you just want it to be perfect

Yeah I believe that's the plastic. Mine is the same.

There were plenty of complaints about this when the Tour first came out. I actually had my phone exchanged 3 times because of this problem and all my phones still had the problem. I just gave up and decided to live with it.
