Now, I�ve had no complains with the tour, I absolutely love it. Now, I use the recording device on my phone to record my presentations and so forth. What I found out is, if you fast forward and rewind a several times, it twitches and performs a self reboot. It�s kind of annoying because I rewind my presentation here and there. It does it about 5/10 times and having to wait 3 minutes for my tour to reboot is a big waste of time. Other than that, the tour is great.

Now my question is, has anyone run into this problem?

I have random reboots but not from doing anything in particular. I think there is a software glitch somewhere

That doesn't really sound like a Tour glitch but an OS glitch. I would try a hard reset.

I think its hardware. It happened to me and i got it replaced. Now, no problems.
