turn off your internet connection and keep installing the file and opening DM and connecting the berry, then hit apploader. keep doing this sequence until it recognizes it. it will, but it might take a number of tries.

I've been trying it myself the past couple days, & now that I know I had to be offline to do it it worked.
If you previously had it installed remove it then re install again. Then connect your BB and when DM opens up it should show up 5.0 right away.

you just have to keep doing it. it took me 2 hours to get the DM to recognize it(and i was doing it the right way from the start).

Question, is the browser not suppose to show up? Cus I just upgraded and I do not see it. Nor did I get the 3g logo.

i dont have a 3G icon either(thats the way it is on sprint for now) but to get your browser back, go to options>advanced options>host routing table>menu>register now. you should see it soon after that.
