Sorry if this has been posted before. I couldn't find anything on it, but perhaps I was using the wrong search terms...
at work we have a Blackberry Tour. it currently has 725 contacts, and over 900 calendar items.
when the user goes to sync it with Desktop Manager, it prompts him with the conflict found message, where he can select which he wants to use, info from Outlook or his BB.
the information listed will be completely different from each other, nothing similar.
if he clicks cancel, it states that 725 contacts will be deleted, and 725 contacts will be added.
if he rejects that, it moves on to his calendar items, where again it will state it's deleting 900 items, and then adding 900 items.
I've never seen this happen before with a Blackberry...any ideas anyone?
I have had this problem with my DM as well, but I'm not sure of how to correct this. It insists on deleting, and re-installing everything. I wonder if this is a dm specific thing, or a Tour issue.
