so obvi on an old school phone its easy to dial numbers like 1-800-CRACKBERRY but how do i do this with my tour? my old phone let u dial letters to numbers (ie with a full keypad it would still translate letters to numbers).

Just hold down the ALT key while you're typing the letters,and the phone will dial the correct number.

You should be able to just dial them like you used to on your old phone 2=abc, 3=def, 4=ghi, etc...

lol yah but how do you know which letters go with which numbers if they arent on the keys anymore?
