Not sure how to explain it correctly, but for example 1-888-EAT-CROW

how do you spell that out on our tours since there is no letters next to the numbers? i realized i needed this since i was trying to spelling out a name on our company's voicemail

Dial 1-800 like you normally would, then hold down ALT and type EATCROW.

And that's how you do it.

I was on an automated call with my credit card company and they started asking questions that required me to enter letters to spell the answers to my security questions. Will holding down the ALT key and typing the answers work the same way within a call as opposed to doing it after dialing 1-800?

you the man! but what a PITA to hit alt after every letter - you would think BB would have a simpler way?

You probably know this, but you can just hold down ALT the whole time instead of hitting it before each letter.
