Does anyone else already have one? Can I go to verizon and get it fixed. I also have a bad trackball but its outside the thirtydays. Can I get my phone replaced if I downgrade back to 4.7 and show it to verizon?

you can take it to the store and they will swap it out, the phone has a year warranty, u may want to call ahead to a couple stores to see if they have Tour warranty exchange phones.
