I am having a problem. Somehow some of my contacts have been given a custom message tone that I don't want them to have. How do I fix this so that they go back to whatever I set the default message tone to be?
Go into your contacts-scroll to the contact you want to change-hit the menu key-choose edit- then scroll to custom ring-tone/alerts-click phone and change it to what you want..
Thanks! I really wanted to find out how to make my contacts not have a custom ringtone or sms sound. I think I found the answer in another post after further looking. Set Contact Alerts and delete the people. That appears to fix the problem. I just don't understand why I had so many people there and I didn't make them custome ringtones or sms sounds.
