Alright, I'm a Blackberry newbie and the 9630 is my first Blackberry. I recorded a video on it the other day and want to transfer the file to my PC as it is too big to e-mail. When I connect my Blackberry via USB cable the PC recognizes it just fine. However when open up the file folders through Windows it just shows a "Media Card" folder with nothing in it even though I have a couple videos and a few pictures.
So I installed Blackberry Desktop Manager and tried to see if it's Media Manager could access the files on the Blackberry. Well it can read the Blackberry but just a folder called s200001 and when I click on that it says there are no media files in that folder. What am I doing wrong?
