I am in the market for a new BlackBerry and was wondering if the Tour can use Sprint for data but T-Mobile for voice at the same time using the Global setting with a T-Mobile SIM card. If it can, can you decide which network to use to place calls and send texts? Thanks.

Never heard that question before, unique! Even if it's possible, which doesn't seem like it is, why would you want to pay 2 companies for service? Might as well switch to another carrier overall and get a phone that can do simultaneous voice/data.

I plan to get Sprint Relay for data and text and use T-Mobile prepaid for voice since I don't use that many minutes.

Not simultaneously at least. You'd have to switch manually between the two. I use both ATT and Sprint to avoid carrying around two phones.
