Compatible Blackberry video formats for website

Hi all,

I'm not a blackberry user-my boss is (hence the username)-but I'm trying to help him out with something. He wants me to add blackberry compatible videos to our website, but I don't know how to. The only way I know is by uploading videos using flash, which I know does not work on blackberries.

Is there a web format that is compatible with blackberries, and if so, how do you upload them so they can be accessed online?

Apparently, the youtube format is compatible and plays. Although, recently there have been a spate of threads that there are new issues with youtube and BB's. But maybe starting with the format they use or mostly use could help.
